Subscription Agreement for LMEO – Let's Meet Each Other LIVE

1. Subscription Services

Your Subscription grants you access to premium features within the LMEO App, such as preferences, and other features as outlined in the App.

2. Trial Period

• We may offer a free or discounted trial period at our sole discretion.
• The duration and terms of the trial will be specified during signup.
• Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, your Subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

3. Billing and Payment

• You must add and maintain a valid payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, mobile wallet) within the App.
• By adding a payment method, you authorize LMEO to charge the applicable fees.
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as specified during the purchase process.

4. Auto-Renewal

• Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.
• We will charge your saved payment method for the renewal.

5. Cancelation Policy

• You may cancel anytime via your App account settings.
• Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partially used periods.

6. Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms

• We may change pricing or features at any time.
• We will notify you of material changes in advance. Continued use implies acceptance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Subscription for violations of LMEO’s Terms, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines.

8. Payment Disputes

For billing issues, contact LMEO Support within 30 days of the charge. We reserve the right to investigate per our policy.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
